Accessibility Statement

Gua is committed to ensuring our website and apps are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We strive to provide an inclusive experience and to continually improve.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. WCAG 2.1 AA is the standard referenced by the European harmonized standard EN 301 549 (the basis of the European Accessibility Act, applicable from 28 June 2025), is widely used to meet expectations under the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and aligns with Israel’s Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758‑1998 and its accessibility regulations, which reference Israeli Standard IS 5568.

This website is designed to be substantially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA. “Substantially conformant” means most of the content meets the standard, though some parts may not yet fully conform; we are actively working to close any gaps.

Measures we take

• Semantic HTML with clear landmark regions and a “skip to content” link.
• Full keyboard operability with visible focus indicators.
• Color contrast that meets AA for body text and interactive elements.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
• Respect for the operating system’s “reduce motion” setting.
• Responsive, reflowable layouts that support zoom up to 200% and small screens.
• Dialogs and the consent banner are labeled and keyboard-dismissible.

Our apps

On iOS, Gua is built to work with system accessibility features such as VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, and Reduce Motion. As we expand to Android and a browser extension, we apply the same WCAG 2.1 AA target.

Ongoing effort & known limitations

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We test as we build, and some newer or third-party components may not yet fully conform. When we become aware of a barrier, we prioritize a fix. If you find content that is not accessible, please tell us (below) — your feedback genuinely helps.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need any content in an alternative format, contact us at accessibility@feelragua.com. Please include:

• the page or screen and what you were trying to do,
• what happened, and
• the assistive technology, browser, or device you were using (if any).

We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within a few business days and to resolve issues as quickly as we reasonably can.

Enforcement & escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response: in the EU, you may contact your national market-surveillance or accessibility enforcement authority under the European Accessibility Act; in Israel, you may contact the Commission for Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities at the Ministry of Justice; in the United States, you may have rights under the ADA and applicable state laws.
